Song Festival 3 - The Grand Final!

The time has come everyone! It is now time to vote for the Song Festival 3 final. So who managed to gain the final 4 places in the final from the Second Chance round?

Russia, Germany, Spain and Estonia.

Now those 4 join the final. This is the first time in the contest history that 19 countries are participating in the grand final. Once again everyone must vote using the 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points system. All participants must vote, whether you made the final or not. Any participant who does not vote will be disqualified (if they are participating in the final) and lose their delegation for good. All votes must be in by the 19th October, preferably before. The sooner all votes are cast the sooner I can publish them here, don't be the one that everyone is waiting on.
