The first heat for the contest has been drawn. Heat 1 of each contest always features the countries who failed to qualify in the previous edition for the final, so that at least 2 of these countries get a chance in this edition.
2 of these countries will directly qualify for the final. The other countries will still have a chance in the second chance round.
