SongFest Christmas 2012

Rules

• The song selected must have a relation to Christmas.
• Artists doesn't have to originate from the country you represent, but if they do you will get an extra 12 points for your effort.
• The song you choose can be a cover version.
• You will not lose your delegation if you choose not to take part in the special edition. But if you do enter a song and fail to vote you will lose your delegation out of bad manners.
• The winner (or highest winning semi-finalist) will be rewarded with automatic qualification for SongFest 6.
• You must already be an existing Delegation to take part in the special edition.

Format

The special Edition will just be a straight Grand Final, no Heats or Second Chance rounds. The results will be 100% voters. Delegations not taking part will also be invited to vote. The points must be given in the 12, 10 and 8-1 format. 12 bonus points go to each country who selected a song sung in their native language or a song from that country.
