Everyone must vote in the final. If you qualified or not. Anyone who fails to submit their votes before the 30th November will be banned from the contest. Votes must be given in the format of 12, 10, 8-1 Points. You may not vote for your own country. The juries have already finalised their votes and will make up 50% of the result. The judges results are extremely close and at this stage it is still anyone's game.
