The Results of the Heats Round have been finalised and the following countries have bagged themselves a place in the Grand Final:

Congratulations to those winning places in the Grand Final. If you didn't win a place through the Heats round don't worry. You could win one of 4 places in the Second Chance round. 2 of these places will be chosen by the finalists votes whilst the other 2 will be chosen by the Jury.
If you are a finalist you must send your votes to me as soon as possible. Your votes must be in the 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 format. All finalists must vote, if you do not vote your place in the final will be lost. The absolute deadline for Second Chance Votes is 23rd November.
